Melissa Evans is the owner and designer of Trend Staging + Design. Passionate, experienced, and an expert in solving decorating dilemmas, she is on her way to making Trend Staging + Design the premier home staging company in the Twin Cities area.

Owning her own business for the past 17 years, Melissa cherishes the ability to put her family first while doing what she loves. While assisting a close friend prep her house for sale, Melissa was introduced to the home staging profession by happenstance. She then transformed her interior design business into one focused on staging, and started Trend Staging + Design in 2013.

In 2014, Melissa co-founded of the Minnesota Chapter of RESA®, the leading Real Estate Staging Association® in the industry. Since the inception of that group, she regularly connects with local professionals and continually works to develop real estate staging in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.

Wholeheartedly dedicated to her work, Melissa loves helping clients and real estate agents sell homes quickly, decorating and working with homeowners to make their homes look their best, and making the building process easier by selecting cohesive design elements.
